Commission for
bartonstroud of his beloved bear, Lou! She's a school teacher, and by the looks of it, she's a nicer one then mine were! Look at those good grades. But she's been working hard. At least the children left her lots of love and motivation. <3
This was great fun to do. I literally bounced on the couch and squeeee'ed when I get to draw the picture on the chalk board. =3 I'm such a little kid dork deep down inside.
Hope you like Barton! Thanks again for another awesome commissions

Aww, this looks fantastic! I'm waiting for Liz to get on IRC tonight so I can point her towards the link to this and go "Look! Look! Isn't it awesome!?"

Oh, how wonderful! I love the chalkboard art, and wow, it really looks exactly chalkboard-like. And I'm so pleased that you've decided her students love her! (In real life I am pursuing certification to teach older, surlier children than Miss Lou gets to deal with - alas.) Thank you - I love it, and I'm glad you had fun doing it!
Oh! I'm so happy you enjoy it! I actually have a love for teaching, specially teaching the arts. I've spent years with k - 6th graders in summer camps, teaching aid positions and even taking a music learning class this summer. Two things I hope to always be involved in my life is animal care and/or childcare. There's nothing quite like being able to work with the brightest, youngest minds there are!
Also, mad props to you for deciding to go with the older kids. =) You've gotta have a special sorta personality to go for the more difficult (but important) challenges.
