The 2nd of 5 commissions for me from  patches_namaki for his "100 Sketches" challenge.

Patches has a concept for a school called Monolith Academy. From what I understand it's a private school for would-be submissives and dominants and you take classes according to your orientation. It's Jessie's first year and he's really eager to learn about being submissive. Even though he's already very well versed.
Whether all the boys dress like schoolgirls or if it's specific to girly bois like Jessie is unclear, but Jessie hopes the uniform he's currently wearing is what he gets to wear all year. ^_^
