There's a lot of good powers to choose from. I suppose from a purely practical standpoint, I'd go with teleportation, so I could instantly get from point A to B instantly as well as allowing for easy travel all over the world (or beyond)!
Telepathy could be pretty useful, too, if rather unethical to put into use.

It'd probably take some training to get working at will, yeah. But if I did, the temptation to use it for personal gain would indeed be a strong one, and as if I heard something bad in someone's thoughts...I won't lie, I'd probably take steps to address those thoughts and alter their minds with my power. Depending on the nature of the thoughts, that could range from benign to...decidedly less so.
Probably best I just stick with teleportation!
