I used Corel Draw X3 (That is a version number not s smily)
It comes whith a program called PhotoPaint wich i used.Corel Draw is a vector drawing tool and PhotoPaint is for pictures,but it has enugh vector drawing tools to digitaly ink in it right in PhotoPaint.
Its very easy to use.I went in the help for it only once(To find out how to do mirror drawing)
