Much like the goat people, deerfolk fall into somewhat of a grey area, species wise. Certain individuals would consider themselves members of Clovenkind while others associate with the wildfolk classification. One religious sect believes that they have traced their lineage to a secluded archipelago far to the west. Many of the pilgrims who braved the journey West were never heard from again.
