Being a new hybridized species due to cloning and chimerism, this pokemon can not only evolve by certain requirements but it can also devolve back to its original state. Presumably due to unnatural means.

Yes, I can evolve and devolve at will as long as I wear a thunderstone. How my evolved form will look is a mystery. My bandanna and shades are optional to add in any drawing I'd be in ^^
Also the markings on my back are the same color as my bandage wraps, for they are actually pigmented color markings, due to cloning and/or chimerism. Like any Pikachu, I can learn new attacks from each generation. And like Eevee, I can learn various attacks like Dig, Bite, or even Shadow Ball.

Devolution spray is a real thing in the Pokemon world (it only appears in the card game though). The normal version will devolve the pokemon 1 form, while the stronger version, Hyper Devolution Spray, will devolve the pokemon all the way to it's first form. Just thought I'd let you know in case it gives you any ideas at all! :3
