This bird character is designed more like a cartoon bird; with feathery fingers than with wings :o
Think I managed to make them look pretty close to like if wings evolved into hands :o

Partial prices can vary only if the character isn't complex in patterning/ design and for your case added back wings would charge another 70-100$ ^-^
Shipping prices in there is for US only! :)
Light Partial (head, hands, tail and back wings): $850 (with feet: $950)
Full Partial (Head, armsleeves, hands, tail, feet, and back wings): $1050
So its 100$ added to prices for the colorful tail and the back wings ^-^ very cute birdie by the way! :3
But alrighty!! and no problem at all! If you do consider me I may have spots that open up later in the year but if not my commissions open back up in January-February of 2020! ^-^
