I saw this suit at All Fur Fun 2007, but his identity and whereabouts remained a mystery for two long years. Then, in late 2009, I recieved a tip from you, the viewing audience and this case can finally be closed! Thanks so much! Anyhow, the wings are attached to a pneumatic (CO2) framework backpack and could be opened or closed by the wearer.
