Its hard to tell from my end but was that drawing done with watercolors (and marker and pen for the lines?) Kudos for him using traditional media!

I have to comment on one detail though *sorry!* But why is the area around his right eye in white while the other area around his left eye is in black? Interesting detail, but I have to ask if that was a mistake or not =). Overall, very nice piece!

Hehehehe, yeah. I am just happy to get any gift. I just need to give him something in return some day.

Then again, Mother invited him over for Thanksgiving this year, so I guess this is a pay back. His first US Thanksgiving (Canada get theirs in October). Mom thought why not since he paid for my plane tickets back here to Seattle.

Anyways, yeah, he uses traditional media. He used coloured pencils. And microns for inking.

As for the one area of the eye white and the other black. That's pretty much how I got my description for my alt. Though I had alot of other artist through the years just to a typical skunk where the area around the eye are either both white, or both black. Eventually I gave up trying to push that out. Though he remembers....then again, he's been holding my sketch book for nearly a year. AND he's been bringing it to alot of artist jams at a couple of conventions through the years. I guess the saying I am getting here is, beggers are not choosers...so I am happy either way.

But yeah, that was intentional. And I am glad he did it. Oh well........any other question while he is around? :-D

He does? Wow, you actually made me feel less of an angry jerk. :-D Thanks for the comment though. Mike actually knows me in person for years......and apparently I leave that impression on people for some reason. I guess I always look permapissed even when I am not. Don't help I like to rant more than not....even within humor.

That's not so bad, I tend to smile most when I'm nervous so serious deep situations... people always think I'm *amused* by them... you want people pissed off, grin when you hear their friend killed himself... {sigh}
