For my latest "Throwback Thursday" offering (during the 'sweeps month' of November, 2018), I have a new 'photo-op' of yet another dog I've encountered...
Over the years I've been living at the Oriole Gardens condominium complex (in Margate, Florida), one of its main regulations has been not to allow pets in any of the apartments. Well, recently one of those regulations made a mild exception, that the resident is allowed to keep a 'service animal', as long as it keeps quiet and it's well-behaved.
Such is the case with this very rare breed of dog, who lives two doors down from me in my own condo building. He's a Havanese Dog (a breed of Bichon type) - which is the national dog of Cuba. And the name his owner chose for him was 'Jack Snow' (after the character from the HBO series "Game of Thrones").
Earlier this week, I got to meet 'Jack Snow' and his owner, and saw how friendly and hyperactive this little critter can be. Using the camera feature of my smartphone, I'd managed to take a digital picture of him, resting in the grass (if only for a second, before he went into 'overdrive' again)!
