This is basically the result of me spending a fair amount of time tweaking things in the Champions Online costume creator, and a previous version of this was what has been used for the last couple of Jadestar pictures, including https://www.furaffinity.net/view/29147336/ Here's Jadestar, standing on the balcony of the Penthouse hideout.
The original design in https://www.furaffinity.net/view/8499839/ was based off of the Legion of Superheroes character Andromeda, which was essentially an attempt at replacing Supergirl post-Crisis; this was about as close as I could get in Champions, but it's actually pretty close, so I'm not complaining.

Fire-based, mostly. Champions Online has powers like 'Conflagration', which causes a rain of fire down on an enemy and those around them, 'Fire Snake' which causes a self-directed fire to go after a target and then whichever ones are close, and there are abilities that let you absorb energy from flames around you and use that to recharge yourself as well.
