While you art is leagues better than mine. I do have a suggestion that may help clear up the confuse some.
If you add another panel next to 3 with the city in a crosshair/reticle then you can show the viewer the intent, similar to how it was viewed on the previous page. Adore your lines and coloring.

in this test comic I failed to have a establishing shot of the canon the bad guy has.
the REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it is powering up and shooting at the place the squirrel girl lives.
