Sooo... Basically they're both as such:

+5 Sentient dancing greatswords, with the flaming and icy burst properties respectively.

Sentience:
Int 15, Wis 15, Cha 10; Speak common, draconic, and infernal, as well as share telepathy with weilder; AL: CE; Darkvision and hearing out to 60'; have 10 ranks in intimidate, sense motive, and bluff

If sundered, reforms in 1d4+1 rounds.

in gameing terms yes, but with the souls of dragons in them there stats would be a little higher unless forging a soul into a weapons dulls there minds somewhat.

erm, you don't think it would? Besides, items with higher stats have better abilities, which you didn't put in the descriptions.

I just did not want to give them A LOT of abilities just enough to to make them powerful but not enough to make them godly

which is perfectly fair. However, low abilities come with low stats, as far as sentient weapons go.

But there still smart there fricking dragons in sword well..... I don't expect Nesus to be smart since she is a white dragon.
