Cassandra is wearing the original garbs of a healer as seen in the episode Big Brawl.
This is how Cassie unofficially met the guys. She's an apprentice of the Master Healer and during the tournament she appointed to help injured warriors. Usually a healer wouldn't have time to memorize warriors as contestants change every three years but with the ruckus Leo and his brothers made it was hard not to hear or see of them occasionally.
So when they ended up in her world she knew they seemed familiar and of course they never met her before so introductions finally set it.
