With the death of overseer Lint the worker Undercity is in a frenzy. The uprising has finally begun. Organized by John Guilt, Citizain Smith who's started calling himself Taler Turpin, and supported by the few costumed vigilantes left after the eradication of 49, like Tom Strauss, Black Terror, Clifton "Zig" Zighert and even Doc Diamond all the way from his hidden fortress, the whole of Oceania's people descended upon it's governing force.

I like the conventions in it, then realisi9ng they aren't conventions because they are new, there's a crazed inventor not a mad scientist because no one has coined the term mad scientist yet.
Shame its still not wholly complete still but 90% restored is good enough.
The anime was also an interesting iteration from someone who had never seen the film but has seen posters and still so made his own story. up.
