The idea was to make a batch of spooky paranormal couples in time for Halloween. But the two ideas I started with came out too different to work harmoniously in the same batch, and I didn't want to re-draw either of them, and long story short I never got around to doing anything with the idea and it's already November! So here's the project pretty much exactly as I left it, & I'll take offers on either couple (or both if you want both of course)!

You're welcome to offer any combination of deviantart points, art, money, and other (digital) stuff (Steam games? I don't know what you've got!). I won't click with every art style, but I appreciate every offer!

I'll send a higher resolution version of the characters without the numbers, to whoever gets them. You buy a character, you own it. Modify it as you'd like. Reselling is fine. Commercial use is a-ok as long as you credit me for the original design.

- haunted clock possessed by human ghost meets haunted doll possessed by... something else
- they're very different, but they somehow have instant chemistry. they're kind of inclined to trust it & just go with it, what's the worst that could happen
- the thing possessing the doll has always had a lot of questions about the human world, but never had anybody to ask. the human ghost possessing the clock is super curious about what the doll-possessing thing is, and where it came from. there's so much to talk about!
- just a sweet little romance between two lonely souls bound to objects, brought together by fate in a quiet house full of pleasant things
- genders are completely up to whoever gets them, could be straight or LGBT+ (I don't know if that monster thing has a gender that necessarily correlates with a human one, if it has a gender at all)

- what is this vampire doing. that's a monster hunter???
- maybe the vampire coven is super gross about treating humans like expendable food sources, and the monster hunter association is super gross about condemning vampires as pure evil for needing to eat, and these two are just so jaded by all of it
- if neither side is righteous, if neither side offers anything worth believing in besides an aggressive turf war, forbidden romance might as well happen, like what's the point of anything anymore. yeah ok vampires are pure evil servants of hell, I'm gonna kiss this one though. yeah ok humans are mindless blood bags but have you considered: the way the room lights up when this one laughs.
- the monster hunter is a junior monster hunter in the organization, and the higher-ups tend to see hunters at this level as very expendable :( like would they even notice if the hunter started dating a vampire, do they care about this member's well-being at all.
- maybe the vampire's initial idea was to use vampiric charms to woo information from this unguarded weak link in the hated hunter organization... but then whoops they fall in love :\
