Here is a depiction of the legendary General Rain Silves, grooming her tail tip fur at her royal room.

She prefers any kind of beautiful things, so environments in which she is surrounding herself with things such as her collections and accessories tend to be filled with things of beauty. This also extends towards the beauty of herself, as such, she enjoys grooming or bathing as she cares about the cleanliness of her fur.

Note about bathing in Tal: Because Eltus races are quite literally furry people, they do not really have a habit of entering waters all that much. Pure water is a very precious commodity on Tal, most if not all of it is used for drinking water. However, Rain herself used to enjoy bathing in hot waters, which her companions could share, but this was more or less achieved because of her wealth.
