Just for safety, a lucky human got to enjoy a ride from underneath. The tape is there just like seatbelts are to keep them in their seats when going for a ride. The same goes for my big foot keeping him warm and comfy while I'm just lifting it up and is having myself a giggling glee over his own puny anty body~
