A cackle escaped the vulture's lips as the man refused to talk. Honestly, none of the men around him wouldn't talk. Mortimor's latest job went without a hitch, although he now needed to interrogate a few men into telling him the whereabouts of the snake who decided it was a good idea to steal from The Boss. Considering only about four of the men in the Family talked to him; he was sure that at least one of them knew who he was and why he did this.
It was a shame none of these men wouldn't say what they needed to and move on with their lives, although Mo had to admit he would most likely kill them either way. It was apart of his job after all. While Straightening his tie, he'd raise his index finger.
"Either you talk or you'll be getting a bullet through the skull. All it takes is for ya to spills your guts of this little rat and you can all go home safely. I'm sure you guys have someone to go home to." A smile formed n the vulture's lips as he spoke.
All the men looked between each other, as if they were telepathically debating on if they should tell this man or not. It felt like an eternity until one of them, a scared little border collie looked up at the bird of prey. He breathed out, his voice shaky, but true. "I-it was... W-was Frankie. He thought it'd be easy for us to get more cash that way. H-he... Was wrong and now we're all dead."
Straightening his tie once more, Mortimor stared at each of them. "I'll make sure you'll be treated with utter kindness once we find him. Already got some guys on his trail." Truth be told, they'd all be dead and gone by the end of the week.
That's business for ya.
