Vember ten... sigh. Today has been very long. Fulfilling. But tedious and tiring. My idea for the prompt, "volley", turned out to be way bigger than I could have had drive for. basically it's like... teleportation arrows? damn I'm tired. oh well. tomorrow's another day.

Indeed, it would be fairly efficient. But dangerous anywhere that is not merely open plain. Traveling like this in a wooded area for instance, could present a number of hazards. If the arrow struck a tree forty feet from the ground, the user would be dropped from that hight, onto what would likely be an uneven surface.

or if it was popular enough flinging arrows over distance could lead to some accidental injures!
I was imaging popular destinations like around shops or city gates where the ground would be permanently blotched with holes and lack of grass or life from a constant year long barrage of arrows from frequent travelers.
