Nowaki was created by the scientist Dr. Animoto, who also created Azurine, but she has been around longer. Nowaki is a mixture of a human and a unicorn, hence why she has horse-like parts. She has the ability control water and other liquids with her psychic powers. Nori seems to be very forgiving and can easily trust others due to her morals and her very friendly personality. Currently, she is living with the scientist in a new location due to the lab being burned down.
