This has been one of my favorite songs for years, so I felt some trepidation in listening to a cover. Overall, you did really well. It was a surprise to hear piano instead of guitar, but I suppose that’s just my association when I hear the word ‘acoustic.’ Your vocals are high quality in recording and style, but sound very close, so they rest more in front of the music rather than mixed in. Despite a few very minor timing and pitch moments, this is a good listen. Great work. I’ll be sending you a PM shortly.
