A little thing for SLYMaster58 (on deviantArt)
Zain (the biker) and Mirage (the hippie dragon) are rolling on a looooooong
dusty road somewhere in Arizona... the trucker in the background might be
a bit disappointed of having a biker right in front of his/her truck! :V
Don't be like them... wear a helmet :V

An American classic, excellent. I include this musical theme too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1l0xpkk0yaQ
This was in the mid-60s and early 70s in Davis, California, in the heart of the farmlands of the Central Valley. Jay always parked the Freightliner (without trailers, of course) in front of the house we shared..., it might have ticked off some of the neighbours, but honestly it wasn't that much longer than an American pickup truck!
Nice job. I like the old cabovers, but the '87 Peterbilt 379 will always have a special place in my heart. Dad drove one when he worked for a stone quarry, dump truck with pup trailer. It was a beautiful blue, almost sky blue, but a shade or two darker. It was named "The Stone Doctor" and had a painting of a caveman with a stethoscope on the hood. When I was born, a little cave-baby was painted on the hood as well. Dad won a truck show with it when I was barely 1 year old. I have a lot of good memories riding down the road in that thing. We'd always stop for pancakes at this little hole in the wall, mom and pop truck stop.
18 speed transmission, Caterpillar diesel and straight pipes. Boy did she roar!
Sadly, she is many years in the junkyard now. The quarry owner sold it off to another company, which just ran it into the ground. When Dad found out, he was heartbroken. Told the owner he would have bought it from him instead of the other place.
She still survives in one small way, though. The last time Dad visited the quarry before the truck was sold (We were doing some landscaping, Dad was good friends with the owner so he would get a good deal on stone) the bug shield was leaning up against the wall inside the maintenance shop. It had broken off, and they were just going to throw it away. He let Dad take it home with him, where it hangs in our garage, "The Stone Doctor" proudly displayed in "rock" letters. (like the Flintstones title font)
Sorry for getting off tangent so many times there, just a lot of memories surrounding that old truck.

Normally I would recommend "born to be wild" by Steppenwolf, but someone has already mentioned that, so instead I recommend this classic! https://youtu.be/LKuuHfMx3CQ
