A friend, Asked me to work on a piece for him. This marks one of the biggest pieces of work I've ever done. 3 canvases at 1 foot by 3 feet each. So in the end a pretty complex piece.
I still art. I will always art. I've just moved away from furry art over the years. I still do some from time to time, but I've always love abstract stuff. And this was an opportunity to explore my abstract styles better. And employ some numerology as well. 3 canvases, 3 animals per canvas, 3 mountains, 3 environments. Etc...
I'm only including it here as it actually has animals in it so it's marginally furry related.
This was an experimental piece in that it used markers and canvas. Not a medium I ever used before. So I had these little test canvases to experiment with before I did any work. Also marks the most research and preplanning I ever did for a piece before. :D
The great thing about abstracts is they hint and so many things. But it allows the viewer to begin to see smaller, more important details, the way they want to see it. So it's simultaneously personal and not.
