That's is a very intriguing concept. A alternative world of Pokemon where Pokemon trainers becomes the very Pokemons that they catch. I can see the story for this idea being something like this. A young man found a curse Pokemon game and got pulls into the game winding up the Pokemon world in the game but a little different like all the Pokemons have huge muscular buff anthro form and huge tight bulge and the Pokemons of this world always grinding their bulge and body against something for some odd reason and instead having to heal their Pokemons while they are in their poke-balls at the Pokemon Center in this world's Pokemon Centers they have their Pokemons sit on a tray with plugs on that is on the main counter that act as the Pokemon Center's healing station with the plug up their butt and all of the Pokemons' attacks are body and crotch grinding base-attacks. At first the young man finds this to be a dream come true as he explore the world and catching Pokemons but young man noticed that certain things are a little off like the Pokemons that's he catches seems like their movements and behavior are being force to act like Pokemons against their will and the other humans that's live in the game are completely blind to the Pokemon's odd behavior and movements like it is normal for the Pokemons. And eventually the young man lose a battle against a trainer or a wild Pokemon soon after losing the match he finds at some unseen force have made his clothes disappear completely exposing his naked body then a strange substances covering his naked body while filling his butt and penis which cause a huge bulge to form at the crotch. After covering his body and all of his holes the substance them starts morphing his body making it grow huge and muscular and soon his start to take a form of a huge muscular and anthro of a Pokemon. After his transformation the young man quickly notices that he looks like the other Pokemons of this world and realize that the Pokemons that he was catching and forcing to battle against others Pokemons all used to be humans like him but now to force to be Pokemons. His body starts moving on it's own making him to grind his bulge against walls or against others Pokemon's bulge till he encounter a in-game Pokemon trainer and got in a battle with him. The young Pokemon trainer toss out a Pokemon to fight him and the young man try to fight against the Pokemon but his body only lets him do body lewd and grinding based attacks that involves him grinding his body against the enemy Pokemon. But eventually the young man lost the battle and the Pokemon trainer catches the young man thus becoming him the young trainer's Pokemon now with a new Pokemon added to his team the young trainer went off to continue his journey of becoming the Pokemon Master while completely unaware the Pokemons themselves are humans force to be Pokemons.
