Again, I'm sorry for the lack of updates. I just haven't been finding the appropriate motivation or time to work on the game. The toughest part for me though is always getting something started. Once I get finished with the "tutorial" stages and have everything figured out regarding the systems for the stages and whatnot, things should in theory pick up. Anyway, with all that said, here's some screenshots from the first Charizard stage.

I knew what health you were talking about, but was unsure about what your problem was. Sorry you're having trouble, but I'm not changing that. You get a bit more health later on, but the difficulty is planned to get much higher. The first few stages are just to give the player a feel for the game mechanics.
Yeah, they can be tricky. Some people have found it hard, but others have also found it to be easy. I've done it a number of times myself without getting hit when testing the game, so I can confirm that it's definately possible to win without getting pounded, though there are times where the motion of the fireballs can get you backed into a corner or something.
I don't quite get what you're trying to imply, maybe because I'm tired. The max number of fireballs that can be on screen at any time is based on how much damage you've done to Arcanine. Each time you press all the buttons to damage Arcanine and new buttons appear, the max number of fireballs that can be on screen increases by one. One trick to fighting Arcanine that I've sometimes used is, if you can keep track of when what fireball has appeared, you can know when what fireball will disappear for the next to be fired when it reaches the present maximum. When the max fireballs are reached, the fireball on the screen that's been there the longest amongst them all is the one to disappear for the new one. Hope that came out right, but I'm not able to think too clearly right now XP
You know those things called quotation marks? Those things people use when writing speech properly? "Instead of using parentheses, you should be using quotation marks like at the beginning and end of this quote!" I said to myself when I first read this dribble you are calling dialogue for your game.
