It was a pretty nice day in the park, with a slight breeze and some small puffy clouds in the sky. The trio headed down a path with their eyes almost glued to their phones, searching for elusive shiny pokemon! As they entered the clearing, Kipp's eyes lit up as he tapped on a pokemon.

"I GOT ONE, I GOT ONE!" His face was gleaming as he danced around with his phone, eagerly showing his new capture to Advent and then Trexler. "I can't believe it, this is my coolest catch! I want to keep going!"

Trexler chuckled, tapping on a pokemon as well. Kipp had just started playing a few weeks ago, and was a fairly low level, but he was enjoying himself, and that's what mattered. Advent cracked a smile at his friend's catch, and then refocused on his task of finding his own shiny to claim

After a few more taps, Trexler piped up. "No way, look at this! I wasn't expecting this one!"

"Woah! I didn't even know that could be shiny!" Kipp tapped on another and his jaw dropped. "THERE'S ANOTHER ONE HERE!"

Advent, meanwhile, just grumbled. Not a single shiny for him yet, but he wasn't ready to give up just yet. Even though he seemed to have the worst of luck when it came to shiny pokemon, he did enjoy the time with his friends, and if they were happy, he could be happy too, even if he hadn't received any shinies from the day's grinding.
