[Vaporeon TF] The curse of the Lake
It is told to not approach this lake at night.
Behind its calm comes a great might.
If the Moon shines on its surface.
Don't be hypnotized by its grace.
For if the moonlight inspires awe.
Too late it will be to withdraw.
But today you forgot my warning,
Nothing you can do except squirming.
Staring at the water mirror with fear.
However now its call is clear.
A fate which can't be undone.
Now with the Lake, you are One.

I saw someone talking about "werevaporeon", and it clearly inspired me to do that drawing.
This drawing is a personnal piece and also a training to work on my anxiety, trying to get back that feeling of calm when drawing instead of stress.

I highly approve of this. Not only because it's vaporeon, but also because it relates to the issue that TF is not always a happy thing. It's not always pleasant or convenient or desired. Sometimes it is even incredibly painful and traumatic. This piece captures that well, and I think it's important that we revisit the negative every so often so that we remember why the good and desirable are such. Great image and I especially enjoy the collar fin.
The fin collar is the base, pillar, and center for this picture. It is the aspect that provides depth and is the detail upon which all else in the picture relies upon in order to fit into place. It is essential that it looks not only aesthetically pleasing but is also angled correctly to give proper perspective. You succeeded, and so because of that the rest of the picture benefits.
