I saw this thing in a dream I had. Basically you could "sync" with these tech-spirit things, and that would let you kinda merge with them and fly around, popping out to run around as your normal self. They were about 3 times your size? Pretty big.

This one was easy to sync with, being kinda overprotective and seemingly lonely. There were other two techspirits in the dream; one with a silvery mask and glowing red hair that played hard to get (and got really disappointed when i stopped going after it. serves em right for acting tough), and a green fiery serpent that was really curious and hands-on and didn't know its own strength. I don't remember as clear of an image for them, though.
