It wouldn't be fair to call Sisi dumb, but she does have a more animal-like mentality. Think of her as a big cuddly pet! She doesn't speak and that just seems to make her all that much cuter......or terrifying. After all you can't always control a good pet at the best of times. For example here she is having just broken one of her toys after being a bit too rough, and it looks like she is looking for replacements.......
