Despite his lazy attitude, Billy DOES have a job. He works the night shift at a drugstore in a shadier part of town. (This is where he gets- or rather- steals his diapers)

His favorite thing to do is to sit in the humble but cozy break room. He's often in front of the TV during his breaks, watching whatever's on. Somehow, Billy can watch TV perfectly despite his blindfold; his coworkers didn't believe him until he managed to flawlessly commentate over a silent movie .

Luckily for Billy, his preference in undergarments allows him to forgo bathroom breaks. Because of this, he's allowed an extra long lunch break. Good for him.

In this picture, he's killing time while he waits for his shift to start, and has yet to change into his work uniform.
