Oooh, have you had Kimchi yet? My friend makes his himself, having it ferment for months at a time. Spicy and good.

My friend also makes kimchi, but I'm not a big spice OR cabbage fan, so it isn't for me. :)

So you're working on hot-spicy, what about spicy-spicy (yes, there's a difference)? On the topic of hot-spicy, have you tried any good Indian dishes?

I like spicy-spicy. I have, but I still don't go for the super hot ones. Do you jave any suggestions? I'd love to make them.

I haven't really cooked any Indian dishes and I've found that it will vary from restaurant to restaurant. A good curry is always good though. Gotta be careful with some of them though, otherwise you'll be doing a good impression of the Batmobile, i.e. shooting flame jets out the back, lol.
