I hasten to say he didn't do it on purpose. He is simply another innocent victim of curiosity. Though his lack of alarm over a fire is a bit concerning.

Yeeeees, finally someone notices! D=
It's a mythical island that appears in ancient maps of the 1500s and below, located west of the UK. It was said to harbor a kingdom of an intelligent culture. Most are split on whether it existed or not, but thanks to sonar and satellite images there is possible evidence that it was real and "sunk" under the ocean! Not to mention the tales from surrounding neighbors of a land that once disappeared into the ocean.

It is! I love ancient history and discoveries and keep up with it all the time. There are a few even proposing it as Atlantis. Whatever it is, we can't know until someone goes and actually studies the underwater formation in person. But while there are willing people, unfortunately there has been no funding as most of the archaeological community dismisses it as a myth despite the recent compelling evidence. I've learned that the archaeological and similar communities are sometimes a political mess and rather closed minded which is frustrating in the extreme.
