Cogs is a dragon monster. She took the role of Gears's older sister. They aren't related by blood, but Cogs takes good care of both Gears and Gadget.
Cogs eats anything and everything, including other people. She can't quite digest things, as most of her organs have been replaced with mech. Instead her inner gears and inner workings, crushes whatever she eats and separates the nutrition from the junk. She needs more iron than most other creatures so will often drink blood bags from hospitals. She usually obtains them legally... usually.
