Finally finished this design -- the tattoo that my Fighter, Holt, has on his left forearm. A blue rose has been his wax seal forever, and the snake symbolizing his connection to Gemma and Niamisa, the medusa mistress of The Black Hand fighting arena.

When Holt was reincarnated as a Hellbred, he lost all of the scars and tattoos that his human body had. His new scaled skin was very difficult to tattoo -- our magus had to burn spells to make the tattoo needles keen and it took about two days' worth of those spells to complete. Scarification would have been much easier, but the results can't be beat!
