Her name is Sangria obviously. And she reaps lustful souls. She isn't really made of anything slimey or gooey, shes made of more of a thick fogish kind of substance. Think enough to touch but have you hand pass through still. If that makes sense.
And yes, I know she looks like every other character thats supposed to be lusty. Thats the point, she represents Lust in itself.
