The thorned sun is a relative small alley tavern. serving as a
cheap place to spend the evening and night. It is also a popular place
for people to do shady and potential illegal trades.


The carogna fungus is best known by its unique specialization to thrive in decaying
tissue.
The fungi itself is unseen, and can lie dormant in numerous trees, plants or soft surfaces.
It becomes active when an animal dies nearby,and releases spores which lands on the body
of the animal.
They then proceed to absorb nutritions from it.
When the carcass is deteriorated " or spent" sufficiently, the, now "fed"
fungus detaches itself and anchors itself underneath a nearby surface,
and the cycle is complete.
Little is still known about this fungus. "Not edible - poisonous in all stages"
though its discovery was in the southlands, it has recently been seen
on the trade routes to the the newborn isles.
