i'm pretty sure those who know who Fredric Wertham is.
to those who dunno he during in the 1950's fucked with comic books. he almost destroyed the comics we came to know. calling superman 'male violent' and batman and robin calling them homosexuals and wonder woman the opposite of little girls should be.
as well as the horror comics which were whiped out.
thus the Comics Code Authority was made.
Fredric Wertham to me makes the perfect villian for all heroes.
and cause he's german he's gotta be!
anyways he wrote a book on comics in seduction of the innocent.

He is one of 3 scientists who are abducted by the Brute (under the control of a mad scientist, who was expelled from his research center by these 3 scientists) and are surgically turned into animalistic Reptile Men by this mad scientist.
Brute, Bog Beast, Phoenix (an astronaut using weapons stolen from aliens, to fight them), Tarantula, Cougar, Morlock, and others were dubious superheroes in the short-lived Atlas Seaboard company. The stories sometimes changed direction drastically in their short runs...
