"Furry Satellite" is the term in our local lexicon that refers to people that are members of our furry social circle but do not identify as furry.

Some of these "furry satellites" are "honourary furries" in that they have chosen/been determined to have honourary fursonas. It's complicated. If I announced my intention to explain it, I'd probably win a Nobel Prize.
