He's only non-gender in the game to prevent the breeding of legendaries, but his voice sounds male obviously...as for Arceus, I don't think it's really a god...

Yeah they have to have genders in the show because Lugia had its self a baby.

Mewtwo was created by humans, but Arceus is the god of all pokemon and Mewtwo technically is a pokemon. It is a confusin predicament for them. :/

buuuut, cut to the chase, Mewtwo was created by a scientist, whom before creating him, was trying to clone his daughter... Team rocket came along, sent them to find mew's DNA and succeded.
Mewtwo's attitude problem can be explained that early in his development, he met the scientist's cloned daughter, though incomplete, through Telepathy. this strained on the creation process for her, causing her demise... and for mewtwo to shed his first tears, before RAGING! sadly, the scientists did a "quick fix" on calming him down. That, ended mewto's "parent's" lives prematurely.

Yeah, I know that. But shoving Mewtwo, Arceus, and some strange Mewtwo-like pokemon onto the Jeremy Kyle show would be a barrel roll of laughs :3

if you have a 100% legal, non-hacked Arceus, you can transfer him from pok'emon D/Pe/Pl to HG/SS, and in HG/SS, you can talk to this guy who takes you to a temple, where Cynthia, the Sinnoh League Champion, waits, not for battle, but to explain the temple's importance: ONE FREE LEGENDARY at lv 1!!!... and you can only choose Palkia, Dialga, or Giratina...
