Just a sketch and before I really fleshed out the character, but hey, it's still a happy Buizel and you can't go wrong with that. I thought it was just a little too cute to pass up posting, really.

I may finish this sometime, but I may not, I dunno. I'd probably convert her to just an ordinary Buizel, but that would also kind of take out the fun...

Polka has those three polka dots on each side of her face rather than the standard two stripy things Buizels normally have. Yeah, I know, closest thing to an OC I have, haha.
