This is uh... Maggot.
Maggot is a dragon/horse/human/thing. I don't know. But he's falling apart and so on, maggots follow him everywhere hence the name Maggot. Uh, he's able to open his mouth, letting the stitches rip and stretch. He's blind, yes, blind. But the two eyes on his rump, and only on that side, can see for him, but he doesn't see anything they see. He's able to stand on all fours and twos, and can twist his body in the strangest ways.
