Last year I submitted the Halloween pic in November, this time I submit it on time >3
Chibi group shot of all of my characters or "forms." Don't worry if you're confused, I'm about to explain ;3
From left to right:
Lu Chu
Her name is Chinese for "green pearl." Being green scaled and all, but she's not a Chinese dragon but a European type. I thought it would be a funny play on names to give a European dragon a Chinese name, lol.
As for what she is, since her wings are bat-like, I decided to make her a bat, though she doesn't seem too impressed with it X3
This form I go into usually when I'm either extremely pissed and or highly commanding, so by logic this would be my strongest form. No specific element assigned to her, though when she is submerged into water she goes into a full aquatic form which breathes fire underwater. Only problem is that she has no gills, so when she breathes fire it costs her greatly when too far from the surface.
Miu
Japanese name for "beautiful feather" which suits her since she's supposed to be the weakest form as well as her element is wind. Though she's now second to weakest form, my weakest being my Pomeranian form.
She is Raven from the Teen Titans, since she's all gothy like Raven but much more emo, she's the form that stands for when I feel downright shitty.
I only remembered after I started drawing her that Raven did indeed turn into a rabbit in one of the episodes, thanks to Mad Mod turning all the Titans into animals. Total coincidence XD
She seems surprised at being Raven.
Akina Moriko
My only form with a first and last name, Lu Chu and Tai Lei are just two first names which I prefer to be called by both, but Tai and Chu are acceptable.
Her name means "Spring flower (Akina) of the forest (Moriko)" in Japanese. And was my very first form, and the one that most represents actual me. I always imagined myself as a little cat girl but in the first few years I had her with long black hair and black fur. Evolved obviously, and the picture she is based off of is actually my DP =3
She's the most artistic form and is second most powerful out of all of my forms. I'm usually her when I'm feeling most neutral/artistic/student-y? She's also the one I see as my college self. Her elements are both water and wind, since I love both elements so much. Miu takes wind for being the weaker one while Tai takes water for being stronger than Miu but weaker than Akina.
She is obviously a happy witch.
Tai Lei
Her name, for those who already saw the reference sheet I posted a while ago, is Japanese for "Thailand flower bud." No specific reason for her to be named this apart from I just really like the name. Her element is water, suits her species of being an arctic fox.
This is more mock art than fan art, if it's fan art at all. I don't like Naruto. I liked it when it first started, but I lost interest shortly before the time skip. Too long and looking at recent data on the series Naruto is made into an uber powerful character having six tailed forms and blahblahblah.
I'm not into it anymore even though I do wear the headband when I do signs; I like the headbands -w-
Anyway, the reason she's Naruto is because I figure that the train of thought with Narutards is fox > kitsune > kyubi > ZOMG NARUTO!!!1!1
I do however like Naruto fan art >.> Or just fan comics that have nothing to do with the storyline.
Tai is PISSED at being Naruto XD

And lastly, we come to my most undeveloped form, Pom. She has no real name yet, and the only trait of personality that I have for her is her uber happiness and eager to please. Weaker than Miu, but not by much, has no element to her or any special abilities.
Zombie was at first due to that I ran out of ideas (sad I know but I didn't have a clear idea at what I wanted to draw) but now I realize that zombie fits her since, well, I have no personality developed for her, lol.
These are the colors though that I want her to have, so at least I managed to figure out that side of her while doing this little project =3
