Deffently you are but from what I've see alnost every artist is very hard on themselves. The thing is about that as long as you don't let it consume you and drag you down it can be good. It can be used to dive yourself and better yourself with each and every pic even if it's only just trying to be a little quicker or try sonething new. SD even if you don't see it you are a talented artist and you've got a good few people that enjoy your work an support you! Plus you being a nice guy on top of that can only help out and you are :p
