For some reason, it came out kinda' rainbowish. Maybe because I'm listening to 80's teen pop right now?
Oh oh oh, she's my Cover Girl. Oh oh oh. Oh oh oh.

Its okay. I've had it for a few days now, so Ive gotten the "hang" of the music. Theres two or three songs on it including Take on Me that I like. Some of the stuff just doesnt have the same sparkle, and some is a little different stylistically. The CD I got is called "Hunting High and Low"... but I think they did a couple of others... they may even still be a band.
Whats wrong with the Eighties?
I spent part of my child-hood there. Back when Layton had green median strips.
And an Archade in the mall, and I lived in another part of town...
And life was cooler then, with better TV shows. No, don't listen to the crust 26-ish Raccoon, go and live your life. Make friends, hang out...
Do people still hang out?

Sometime before the end of the year, that is what I will be.
And fear not, for soon in a desperait attempt to sell more DVD, the major Studio stors of America will put EVERYTHING onto disk!
Heck, they have already released both versions of the shows that became Robotec. And some Transformers, and the Smurfs, and Carebears...
On the otherhand, some parts of the Eighties might be better off forgoten.
(But we haven't gotten to The Littles yet...)

I'm still dying for a Ducktales DVD myself. i keep telling myself i'll pick it up, but keep putting it off.
You know what I found on Youtube the other day? The animate Ed Grimley show!! I thought I'd never see that again. Most people forgot it existed. And after watching it, they had good reason to! :)

I have picked up the Tailspin boxed set, first 27 episodes or so.
Much fun.
Voltron can be watched on the Cartoon Network around 6:30 in the morning around here, and that is pretty cool. Jump suits and Blazing Swords!
But this animated Ed Grimley sounds intresting, what was it about? I am sorry to say that this is the first I heard of it.

Ha ha ha - sorry about the Grimley brain damage!!
I did notice that Cartoon Network's Adult Swim has been showing Voltron online. I have yet to make it through an episode though... I wish I could get ahold of the uncut Japanese version.
Incidently, my prized toy posession? I have an original Japanese die-cast metal Voltron (Golion) sitting on my TV stand.
I should get Tail Spin too, I loved that show.
