In this week's External Influence position, we see Kangaroo. This spirit guide can come when forward momentum is present. This week will show you how even if you feel like the path is rocky, that now is the time to escape those feelings and move forward. Know that you have the strength and stamina within you move forward, not backward. This week will provide instances where you can push forth through goals you have been wanting to acquire. Trust your instincts to guide you out of bad situations. Understand that this week is showing you it is ok to commit fully to a goal and to leave behind the pain and struggles that were holding you back. Forward motion is key! Keep honest and true, holding integrity and morality at your core. Consider reconnecting with family members this week. Abundance will be all around you this week, but be aware that it may require some form of sacrifice. Take time this week to work on enhancing the protection and safety of your home environment. Learn to balance your physical existence with that of your spiritual intelligence. Don't overthink, but trust your instincts this week. This week may include some adventurous outings. Enjoy these times and use them to fuel your dedication and determination as you balance your energies this week. Remember, it is ok to allow yourself to leave a dangerous or negative situation in order to move forward to healthier growth and advancement.

This week's Rune is Ingwaz. This Rune is depicted as being a symbol of the Male God and connected with the powers of protection, gestation, and male fertility. Ingwaz is seen as the channeling of separate energies by bringing them together to produce potential. This Rune also shows us when it a stage or pattern has been completed and it is time to move to the next step. In this way, it connects with rebirth in many ways. Ingwaz can be used in rituals as a symbol of closure, to gain a deeper understanding of transition or initiation, and how to channel energies into a focused intent. Do not be worried if it seems like nothing is happening. When this Rune comes into play, it shows a form of productivity that comes after it has built up over time. The more you work towards building forward momentum, the greater the outcome will be.

Special Note: In this week's Rune drawing, I pulled a special stone. This additional rune stone is a personal addition to my own set. This blank, heart or shark's tooth shaped stone was added years ago due to it's instant connection with my own Rune set. When drawn, this stone indicates an important aspect is at play here concerning relationships including personal, communal, or familial. This stone indicates a heart issue that needs addressing and may be requiring a push. This relates to the pushing, outward expansion that Tiwaz represents. Your heart is strong. Do not be afraid to follow what you feel connects with you. Show your love with a fierceness. A love for your family, community, partner, and, very importantly, for yourself. Like the shark, known for being a very strong guiding spirit, allow yourself to show that love is within you as you travel this world. Do not be afraid to share it. Do not be afraid to show it. No matter the hardships, know that light and love will always aid you. No matter fear or mistrust, always offer truth, love, and nobility to those around you. Look within yourself when this stone shows up and evaluate what is at your core.

In Internal Influences, we see Lion. Lion is here to push us to accept that we have the strength and resources within ourselves to accomplish our goals. Hold yourself with dignity no matter the trials for you are stronger than you think. Don't rush forward, however, but listen closely before you act and follow your heart as you bring your strength and courage to the forefront. Lion often indicates that there is a situation with a group or community that needs to be worked on. Although lion also indicates being watchful of aggression or anger either within yourself or from others around you. There may be a personal struggle as you deal with these feelings. This Guide can sometimes indicate a threatening situation or event, but when placed in the Internal Influences position is a strong reminder that you have personal power and strength radiating within you like the rays of the sun. Draw from that strength and know you can achieve anything when you believe in yourself. Lion may indicate a need to be more upfront and powerful in your wishes. Be confident. Be assertive and courageous, but remember to stay humble and dignified without falling into negative or aggressive behaviors. Lion helps to show us the way out of situation with overpowering or conflicting issues. The positive aspects of lion include accepting our inner strengths and seeing the indications that you are becoming aware of the situation at hand. Lion is a sign that whatever is bothering you or is in the way of your happiness must come to the forefront to be dealt with. Remember, you are powerful and strong. During this week, take time to participate in hobbies or activities that you enjoy and take in this strength to reinvigorate yourself. Acknowledge to yourself that you are strong and confident. That the resources to reach your goals are within you.
