There is a lot in the world, and a lot it our heads as we go in our lives. Some pains are more persistant to stay rather than fade away with time, but waiting out our troubles to trouble us less
is just like waiting for a fire to put itself down. I wish people to find ease and comfort with themselves more nowdays..
It seems like everyone is stressed by the smallest of things, anxiety and depression has become a mutual topic between too many people that connect with eachother without reaching out.
The closing bubble of despair, of bad feelings, and of uncertainty must be broken. When was the last time you described yourself without using terms of mental illness, lack of something, or struggle?
These does not define you, and you have the power to change it all. Each one of us does.
I want to reach out and encourage all folk to see things are not as bad as we sometimes make ourselves believe.
There is a point that we must catch ourselves off-guard and ask: Why is this making me feel this way?
For how long has this been going on? Do I want this? What should I really be doing?
So, For those who's heart is big and full of compassion, but are afraid to burn out.
and for those who can't let go of wrong-doings, and for those that are cold inside.
Treasure your heart, treasure your mind, don't cloud it with smoke and ashes.
You're not alone, but also there are people that believe in you ♥
