Design Claim Form

object head: the item you'd like the head to be
ex: dog skull, tv/monitor, crystal ball

body type: whether you want a fem leaning body or a masc leaning body or something inbetween (do not these are done in a chibi-type style)

clothing style: refs appreciated, otherwise you can give me a small aesthetic run down and i can wing an outfit

color palette: send me either a palette, photo inspo, or just tell me what kind of palette youre interested in
ex: ocean, desert, soft pastels
