Kangun is the spirit of a zoroara that was abandoned by his trainer after losing his last fight. Left behind to die, his soul became filled with hatred. This caused his soul to linger in our realm but wasn't able to interact with it until I gave him his mask. The mask and scythe are the only things he can touch when it is off. It causes some problems to see Kangun floating through the walls from time to time but has remained a trusted and loyal guardian.
