He lives there. It's a converted cruise ship.

does he work in there? or he flat out owns a cruise ship?

He's just a resident. He works at a few stores there. The mouse captain owns the ship.
I might need to do some more outdoor and establishing shots so it's more clear that he lives on a ship. First, I'll have to design the ship further . I have it designed roughly, so I was at least able to draw the pool deck. Okay, actually I traced from another ship and modified it slightly, but still, that part is designed. Hmm, I could have changed the shape of the pool, come to think of it.
